No Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Bullitt Football Academy (“the Academy”) is committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities for young athletes. As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we have established this no-refund policy to outline our stance on refunds, cancellations, and eligibility termination.

2. Payment and Enrollment

Payment Obligations:
- All payments made to the Academy are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to abide by this policy.
Eligibility and Participation:
- Bullitt Football Academy reserves the right to evaluate and determine each player’s eligibility based on skill level, behavior, and commitment.
- Termination of eligibility may occur at any time due to factors such as disciplinary issues, lack of progress, or violation of Academy rules.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Voluntary Withdrawal:
- If a player voluntarily withdraws from Bullitt Football Academy, no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions or fees.
- We encourage open communication with our coaching staff if a player needs to withdraw.
Involuntary Termination:
- Bullitt Football Academy may terminate a player’s participation due to serious misconduct, repeated violations of policies, or other compelling reasons.
- In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

4. Exceptions

Medical Reasons:
- In the event of a documented medical condition that prevents a player from participating, Bullitt Football Academy will not issue a refund.
Cancelled Sessions:
- If Bullitt Football Academy cancels a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, facility issues), we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
- Refunds will not be issued for canceled sessions beyond our control.
